Holy Plethora of Puddys ! Shadow is GORGEOUS! He/she has pussy willow fur. I love gray kitties. I had one as a kid - a tom named Yum Yum.

Porch and Bentley, Bailey - all stunning. Wow - you have a lot of gray cats! very nice looking group.

OMG - Beavis is cream colored! pretty!

I enjoyed that. Thank you. :)

Holy Plethora of Puddys !

Couldn't have said it better myself.

What an incredibly lovely family of cats!!! Are they housed in a pen? You couldn't possibly let all those cats run free in your home, could you? I know what two have done to MY house, and it gives me the shudders to think of it.

HouseofCats has a cat run, I believe.

How does that work? The pictures look like chain-link fencing.

How big is it - do they just go out there at certain times of the day?

Fascinating! :)

I think she just has a chain-link high enough and curved inside enough that the cats can not escape. I have seen determined ferals jump at least six feet up a fence, so the standard privacy fence is just not enough. Why even Ms Vicky can jump my fence :D

I'm sorry, we've been out of town and I'm just now seeing this. We do have a cat run. We have doggy doors from the inside, to the garage, to the cat run. The majority have freedom throughout the house, but there are a few who prefer to remain in the gargage and cat run. Believe it or not, people who come over say they wouldn't know we even have one cat inside. I'm a clean freak. Plus all the litter boxes are in the garage along with food, water, beds, and toys. Here's our cat run:

The building that the cat run is adjacent to is the garage? You have the ideal setup for them.

I love it! :)

It's the side of our house. The garage is at the far end of the pictures. There's a door with a doggy door in it. Here's a picture of Parker in the cat run by the tree. My husband built it around the tree!

I thought it was pretty nifty to have a tree in there. How can you tell them apart? Especially the grey ones?

I would love to be able to do something like that.

It's easy to tell them apart, they're all different shapes, sizes, and have different personality's!! We LOVE them all.

In the first grouping? Is it Shadow, the one on the island top?

That's Parker. We found him and his sister Olive in the park. Someone had dumped them when they were about 8 weeks old. Parker derived his name from park...and Olive was under an olive tree! Parker's a real lover!

That's what I always ask myself when this happens. We take care of a colony of cats at the park. We've TNR'd over 90 there. People think this is the spot to just "dump" their animals. It makes me sick. Here's some of the park cats we take care of:

OMG, some of them are just beautiful. God love you all and God bless you all for taking care of them.

This makes my blood boil. Anyone who could do that to a defenseless animal....:madfire:
