Cats and diarrhea

Both my cats right now are suffering from diarrhea. Their poop is still pretty solid so it's not all that bad, but still. Should I just let them out in my backyard and let them eat some grass or should this be something that I should be really worried about?

I am feeding them Filadae kitten and cat food.

Hmmmmm.....Try switching foods.....whatever you do.....DON'T GIVE UR CATS MILK!! (at least not more than like once or twice a week that gives 'em diarrhea too)

Often a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice will help soothe a stomach. If the diarrhea persisted more than 24 hours, the cat should've been taken to the vet. (I see this is an old post, hence the past tense)
