Hello. My name is Beth. I have 9 cats and 2 dogs. I used to only have one cat, hen some strays (just like me 1 cat i had) started hanging around. At first it was one very skittish cat. I could not get near her to save my life last summer, later (about a month had gone by) and I saw she had a kitten. We named the mother Mamma and the kitten Itty-Bitty (needs new name he's huge now). Anyway, this past april she had another kitten, Mouse, then on July 4th Mamma gave birth to 5 kittens. 2 Black and white kittens and three striped black gray and white. One kitten is very ill. Blackey, is the smallest of the 5 kittens because the past week or 2 he has not eaten or drunk anything. We started force feeding him with a syringe like thing, and yesterday bought some nurse-aid kitten formula. He is very ill and we have no idea what is wrong with him. Before we were force feeding him he would throw up whatever he did eat, including mamma's milk. He is very weak and every bone is sticking out in his body. Please help! No idea what to do and the ill kitten is getting worse. No money to take to vet, unless being put down. PLEASE HELP!

I wish you had come to TalkPets earlier, because based on your story, it may be too late to help Blackey. :( I'd continue to try to feed it fluids, kitten milk and maybe baby food, making sure not to choke it.
I'd try to get him to a vet ASAP, because we just don't have the expertise. Many vets can work with you on finances.
If you need to find a vet in your area, try the links below and change the location to your area:
I went to the Yahoo Yellow Pages and here is the list for emergency vet services in the Sacramento area. (http://yp.yahoo.com/py/ypResults.py?Pyt=Typ&city=Sacramento&state=CA&country=us&msa=6920&slt=38.581360&sln=-121.493042&cs=4&tab=B2C&stx=95892128&stp=y&desc=Veterinary+Emergency+Services&doprox=1&sorttype=distance&beyond=1&stat=ClkByndLower) Some of these will probably be open this weekend. You can easily click to get more, zero in to get a list starting from your address. Phone numbers and maps of each vet are included. This is another list of general vets in your area (http://yp.yahoo.com/py/ypResults.py?&&city=Sacramento&state=CA&country=us&msa=6920&slt=38.581360&sln=-121.493042&cs=4&stp=y&stx=8120307)
Is the momcat spayed? It's very important to do so and many organizations will work with you to on the money.
Hope it's not too late for Blackie...
