Anyone have a cat that plays fetch?

My dad does! This cat was living in his barn it must have been a stray...so he took it in and it hasnt left in 5 years. Her name is Mitsy. He rolls up foil into a ball from his cigarette packs and flicks them across the room and Mitsy runs picks it up brings it back and waits for him to flick it again.

my 1 year old female plays fetch with her little mice (fake) i get her, she has o play before i go to sleep or she will keep me up untill she plays......thats okay i think its cute

My cat used to play fetch too. He loved Tin foil balls best for it! haha He may have been 25+ pounds but you take out a tin foil ball and throw it, and that cat could move! hahaha

Not my cats, but my mothers cat that I got her a few years ago has recently begun insisting upon playing fetch with one of his mouse toys. He drives her crazy until she plays with him. But he only wants to fetch it in one way... down the basement! They have a kitty hole cut in the basement door so they can come and go as they wish. Well moms cat just wants her to throw the mouse down the kitty hole into the basement so he can hunt it and bring it back to her. I've played fetch with him a few times, and it is so funny! He likes it as much as my Golden loves her tennis balls!

my old cat used to. it ws funny!! she would play for hours.. but i don't know where she got it from. we never had dogs and they were inside cats... :naughty:

None of my cats play fetch but my friend's cat, Crinkle, does. She will pick up a toy and drop it by you. If you throw it she brings it back, if you don,t she bites your hand until you do. She can play fetch for hours, and i mean hours! She really loves it and never gets bored of it. I think she was a dog in a past life.
